The Roberts 10-128 Locking Handle \"Mini\" Stretcher is a unique tool used for aligning patterns when installing glue down carpets. Dual heads with adjustable teeth allow for easy pattern matching, as well as pulling trimmed edges together. Turn lock \"ON\" and the powerhead locks every 1/4 In. of pin plate travel for easy pattern alignment. Turn the lock \"OFF\" and the stretcher works as a conventional non-locking stretcher.
